Pre-book Cabin selection will take place on May 3rd through May 10th. You must book by 11:59am on May 12th or you lose your gurantee for a Jam Cruise 15 cabin!
This token will be eligible to book ONEcabin onboard the Norwegian Pearl. Token information will be sent out via email from Cloud 9 Reservations on April 28th. If you have not received your Pre-book Token information by April 29th, please contact the Cloud 9 Travel Team. These tokens are redeemable until the General On Sale on May 12, 2016 at 12pm ET. Pre-book tokens are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the token holder during the cabin selection period May 3rd through May 10th.
You will not need a token for the General On Sale on May 12, 2016.
PRE-BOOK CABIN SELECTION IS BASED IN ORDER OF THE FOLLOWING:
Cabin Selection Group 1: (Lifers) Jam Cruisers who have sailed on at least nine cruises (Jam Cruise 1 or 2 counts as one cruise), and who pre-booked by April 4, 2016. You will be given the advantage to select your cabin based on the order your pre-book was received and by your trip history.
Cabin Selection Group 2: (Repeat Offenders) Jam Cruisers who have sailed on at least seven Jam Cruises, and who pre-booked by April 4, 2016. You will be given the advantage to select your cabin based on the order your pre-book was received.
Cabin Selection Group 3: (Repeat Offenders) Jam Cruisers who have sailed on at least four Jam Cruises, and who pre-booked by April 4, 2016. You will be given the advantage to select your cabin based on the order your pre-book was received.
Cabin Selection Group 4: Jam Cruisers who have sailed on at least one Jam Cruise, and who pre-booked by April 4, 2016. You will be given the advantage to select your cabin based on the order your pre-book was received.
Cabin Selection Group 5: Virgin Cruisers (those that have not sailed before) who pre-booked prior to December 31, 2015.
Cabin Selection Group 6: Virgin Cruisers (those that have not sailed before) who pre-booked after December 31, 2015 and everyone who pre-booked after April 4, 2016 (regardless of your trip history).
What Is A Cloud 9 Account & Why Do I Need One?
It's your personal profile. Your account allows you to book, access and update your reservation as well as track your trip history. It is also a place where you can provide us with additional information that will help make your travels smoother.
Each person attending Jam Cruise 15 will be required to register for an account with Cloud 9 Reservations. You will need a Cloud 9 Account to start the reservation process. If you haven't already, you can register for an account HERE. If you have traveled on a Cloud 9 adventure before, please do not create another account or you risk losing your valuable trip history!
Your Account Allows You To:
- Make payments
- Provide any dietary or medical needs
- Add items to your reservation such as travel insurance
- Offset your carbon emission or make a donation to Positive Legacy
Prior to the On Sale, we recommend that you log into your account to ensure a seamless process. If you are experiencing any difficulties logging in or forgot your username or password, you can retrieve them by following the instructions HERE. If you still cannot retrieve your account information, contact the Travel Team.
- This is the person that creates the reservation and is the "owner".
- They are responsible for making sure the reservation is in good financial standing.
- This is the only person that can make changes to the names on a reservation.
- It is the lead's responsibility to make sure that all the guests are properly added.
- Changes to the Lead Guest are subject to a fee according to the Name Change Schedule.
Please make sure the person you plan to travel with has a Cloud 9 Account created.
If you know who your cabinmate will be at the time of booking:
You can easily add them when making your reservation online by entering their full name and the email address they have on file. The reservation system will be able to find the account they made and will link them to the reservation.
If you do not know who your cabinmate will be at the time of booking:
No problem. After the initial booking, you will be able to add or change your passenger online during the complimentary period. However, if you add or change your passenger after the complimentary period has ended, you will no longer be able to do so online. You will need to contact the Travel Team. Late add or change fees may apply, please see the schedule HERE.
Any passenger who is under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult over the age of 21. The guardian must agree to be responsible for the minor and they must be booked in the same or connecting cabins.
ADA Cabin Availability
We have several options available for people requiring ADA cabins. ADA cabins are not located closer to the venues but are located close to elevators and allow for wheelchair access to the bathroom. Please contact the Travel Team to book your cabin as these cabins are not available online.
