JC 19 Pre-book Token Cancellations

You will have 30 days from the initial Jam Cruise 19 announcement to cancel your Pre-book and receive a refund (minus a $50 administrative fee).

Beginning 31 days after the initial announcement, the Jam Cruise 19 cancellation policy applies according to our Terms & Conditions.

** Please note – upon booking a cabin, your Pre-book Token becomes a non-refundable deposit.

JC 18 Cabin Cancellations

All deposits for Jam Cruise cabins are non-refundable. Because of the unique nature of the Event, Jam Cruise 18, LLC has a very strict cancellation policy. The Event HIGHLY recommends that all guests purchase travel insurance.

If you cancel between May 9th – June 20th you will receive a 50% refund of any monies paid into your reservation beyond your non-refundable deposit and any add-ons purchased.

Beginning June 21st, Jam Cruise becomes non-refundable.

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by completing a cancellation form. The date that the written notice of cancellation is received will determine the applicable cancellation fees. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

Cancellations are only accepted from the Lead Guest with the understanding that the entire reservation will be cancelled. We do not accept individual guest cancellations.

There will not be any refunds given for unused tickets, cancellations received after June 20, 2019, for those who do not show up on time for the event, or for any other similar or dissimilar reasons once Jam Cruise has begun.
