Jam Cruise’s Wellness at Sea began with daily yoga classes and has now grown into a full-fledged program for novices and experienced cruisers alike. Featuring science-based workshops, self-care practices, mindfulness experiences, movement classes, meditations, and unique yoga offerings, there is something for everyone to try!
